Shipping Errors: If 1st-Cup Coffee Roasters made an error in shipping, please email us within 5 days of receipt photographs of your order paperwork and pictures front and back of the incorrect products received.

Flavor Guarantees: We do not guarantee taste and flavor profiles of any coffee sold as espresso machines, coffee makers, grinders, and preparation can affect the flavor profile of any coffee.

BEST BY Date: Our imported coffees do not have expiration dates. They have BEST BY dates. Although we make every effort to rotate inventory, we are unable to guarantee BEST BY dates. Some coffees could be close to the BEST BY dates. 1st-Cup freshly roasted beans are roasted to order, have roast dates, and may not ship immediately.

We only ship to Bill-To address registered on file with your credit card company. Any refusal of shipments will incur shipping charges both to and from any credit that may be issued. Re-shipments will incur additional shipping charges.

Any credit card disputes will be sent to collections.
