Please make sure not to use any of the following products in conjunction with any other chemical detergent in your machine. In other words, make sure NOT to mix detergents simultaneously! Also, remember to remove any water softeners when placing detergents into the water reservoir!

Currently, we market several types of cleaners for your espresso machine. Please make sure to select the proper product that correlates with your machine.

The first & second product, Urnex Cafiza Espresso Cleaner and Urnex Cafiza OMRI, are essential for machines (home and commercial) that allow you to backflush the rancid oils behind the dispersion screen in the grouphead or for soaking parts and accessories overnight. This product does not descale your machine.

The third product, Urnex Cafiza Espresso Tablets, are primarily used for superautomatic espresso machines that have a by-pass doser. It removes the oils that clog the dual filters in the brewing chamber. This product does not descale your machine.

The fourth product, Urnex CleanCaf, acts as both a cleaner for rancid oils and a descaler. This product should not be used on semi-commercial or commercial machines. If you have a semi-commercial or commercial machine, we recommend that you visit your local repair facility or (if purchased from us) ship the unit to us for a commercial descaling treatment. Urnex CleanCaf allows you to run the solution through both the grouphead and steam wand for maximum cleaning.

The fifth product, Clearly Coffee does an exceptional job in cleaning the rancid oils from coffee makers and other equipment that comes in contact with coffee.

The sixth product is a milk frother/steam wand cleaner. This exceptional product is very good when milk proteins tend to cling to the steam wand
